Our location just closed down so this was our first time visiting the Herndon location. Our server, Nick, was on top of it, getting us situated and fed quickly. The food was just as yummy as expected. Didn’t feel like a steak tonight - first time ever straying from beef at Outback - so tried the blooming fried chicken and it was a win too. Outback never disappoints.

The food was great as always, and our server Sarah was amazing. She gave some very good suggestions about the menu I haven't tried before and was on top of our service. This specific location has gone above and beyond every time we've visited, both in terms of food and of staff.

My company held a holiday lunch for 60 people and the day of the event, our original caterer cancelled on us due to all their chefs getting sick. Outback Steakhouse, specifically John, was able to accomodate a catering order for us with only an hour and a half notice! I cannot express how grateful and impressed I was with his efforts to make our lunch a success. In addition, the food was outstanding! Thank you to the entire team who made this possible! We will be coming back for catering in the future!
