My wife and I came down last year and decided to come again this year. I have never been to a reasonably priced resort with such outstanding customer service in every respect. Every member of the staff are easily identifiable, extremely helpful, cherry, and readily available to assist with anything you need. We are going to go back to this resort every year. The facilities and guest rooms are always very clean. The pool atmosphere always has great vaca / cruise type music, and the food and drinks at the pool are better than many restaurants I’ve been to and that’s no exaggeration! You are missing out if you pass this place up.

I'm not the type of guy that going to look for the most expensive place to stay just because I can. But when my company sent me for training I got booked at the resort where the conference was so this country boy got a little classy real quick. From the moment I got out of the taxi I was greeted with a smile and had the gentleman offering to carry my bag. Then when I walked up to the desk probably looking lost the young ladies at the counter were very helpful with my room info, where my event was, a map of the resort and where the food was(cause big guy like me loves food), and also took the time to show me local bars on the island map. Now the room is very clean, the bed is incredibly comfy, and the house keepers are very nice. I'm not a water guy but I did go check out that big piece of water right outside the back door. I'm very happy with this place as a whole, and if for some reason I ever come back out this way I'll be stayin here again.

Great resort! Pet and kid friendly! Lovely pool, undercover pool, and large beach! Walking distance to tennis facility!
