Small friendly shop that is filled with delicious baked goods and sugar smells. Highly recommend the lobster tail - the cream filling is so light and not too sweet!

We took a ferry ride from Manhattan to Hoboken, NJ and found Giorgio's bakery on Washington street. We spoke to the owner and said they've been there for 47 years and all the he pastries looked amazing. We bought a bunch and they were so good that we returned a few days later to buy a whole bunch more. This place is real old school Italian bakery that you don't seem to find in Manhattan nowadays, they're just disappearing. If you get a chance try to his place you won't regret it!

My most favorite Italian bakery in Hoboken. I go here for their almond macaroons, rainbow cookies, and butter cookies. For the pies, I like pumpkin pie and key lime pie the most. Today, I bought the chocolate creme pie and can’t wait to try it! Everything is high quality and fresh. For holidays, make sure to order about a week in advance! I agree with others, pay no attention to the decor. That has no bearing at all on the quality of their baked goods.
