Customer service was fantastic, food was awesome. I live by Portage park, whenever I have cravings for Harold's, distance does not stop me.

Highly recommend. The chicken was cooked to perfection and they laid it all out on a huge bed of soft bread and French fries. This was my first experience but I’ll definitely be back if I get the opportunity. The wait time is a little long but we’ll worth it…you will always get a fresh, cooked to order, hot meal.

This location is always the best. The food is the best you can tell the cooking oil is fresh. There is usually a writ time due to the effects of COVID.. But I'm here to tell you it's worth the wait! There are server other locations that are near where I live and work but I travel 30-45 minutes to get to THIS ONE!!! I always get a larger portion so I can have left overs.

We came in pretty late and they were so kind to us! Service was great and we got our food in a timely manner. The staff was really understanding and personable. I’ve been here multiple times so I figured it’s the least I can do! Love it here!!
