Dedicated gluten free bakery with absolutely amazing flavor and texture! It has a few vegan options as well. I'm gluten free but my mom is not and she said it was one of the best bakeries she has ever been to. The quiche had a buttery flaky crust that reminded me of a biscuit. The sugar cookie and lemon tart were the perfect amount of sweetness and a good texture, and the rosemary blackberry scones were a surprisingly good flavor combination and weren't dry like many other scones I've had. We even sampled a black garlic brownie that had a unique smoky like flavor. I will definitely be returning soon.

Fantastic little gluten free bakery. I love gluten! But I will go put of my way to see Rose. Her cinnamon rolls and lemon tarts are delicious!!! Don't miss out especially if you are on a gluten restricted diet!!
