So cozy and quaint! The staff were incredibly hospitable and the food and drink selections were perfect. Located in a very cool building with the restaurant down below and the inn above. You can park your car and within walking distance of some cute shops, the hot springs, and brewery. Perfect for a quick getaway!

This was the best experience I've had since I don't know when. We ate downstairs at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Sweet waitress. And we stayed at the inn upstairs. Rich in history and style and super clean. Highly recommended

Our stay at the Iron Horse Station was great! It is a family-run business & they go above & beyond to ensure you have a positive experience. The first night was at the inn and the 2nd night was in their wagons...so fun & a totally different experience! The food at the restaurant was very good and I would strongly recommend anyone passing through Hot Springs, NC to stop and eat there...wonderful!
