Several friends and I were recently having a "girls get-away" at The Homestead. We ate on property and were not all that impressed with our meal. We left feeling disappointed. Then the next night, we went to Snead's 1912 and WOW!!!! The atmosphere, food, and waitstaff were top notch! The majority of our group had the special- Fried Chicken which was delicious (and that biscuit!), but I'm still thinking about those brussel sprouts- AMAZING!!! Kudos to Jessica, our wonderful waitress. She was attentive and friendly and made us feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Snead's 1912 to friends visiting Hot Springs. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

My husband and I had dinner at Snead’s 1912 Steak and had an amazing time. We live in Washington DC and thought Snead’s could easily compete with other upscale restaurants in the city. Dinner was not pretentious at all and the food was worth the three-hour trip to Hot Springs. Chef Mattie knows how to cook a steak with the love and care it deserves! Also, you can’t go wrong with any of the sauces that are options with the steak. Don’t leave the restaurant without ordering the crispy Brussel sprouts. They should be a required side with any entrée you get. We also tried the fried chicken and OMG, it was amazeballs. The server was attentive without being overbearing. So, add Snead’s to your list of must try restaurants!

Outstanding!! Filet was best I ever had. Our server Oscar was terrific. Very attentive staff. Thoughtful birthday car from staff. Nice touch. Would definitely return if ever in the beautiful area.
