Great lunch

My husband loved his steak salad, and my salmon and mashed potatoes was great comfort food after a medical center visit.

Love the Raven

We love this neighborhood gem! The service and food are always top-notch. My favorite is the Poblano Lime Chicken - although the Chicken Enchiladas are great, too. My husband usually gets a seafood dish. There's something to please everyone - including my vegetarian daughter!

My friends introduce me as the girl who has a blog called “Black Girls Who Brunch.”  Then they add, “but she NEVER posts about brunch though!”  I of course hit ’em with a serious side-eye and explain that a black girl who brunches is multi-faceted!  I feel the need to say this at the start of every brunch post because I hate to see the “FINALLY” comments from my friends.  So yes, I say all of this to say, I found a new brunch spot that I must share with you guys!
