I love this place. Everyone is in a good mood, and they make great sandwiches... far superior to, uh, you know, the other sandwich shop! It's fun to be able to mark down ~exactly~ what you want, and that's what you get. Highly recommended. Following up after having been there several times in the last 2 years:. They are *still* outstanding!

Ordered pickup on the app and when I arrived 5 minutes after the designated time to pick it up, nothing was even prepared or started to be prepared. I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be made and to top it off, I ordered a large and received a regular size. No apologies were made. Very poor service! Update - I received an email apology from the owner. Apparently there is a problem with their online ordering system. Increasing review to 4 stars now.

Had the krab salad with avocado, bacon and several of my other favorite ingredients. It was made as I waited and the salad was wonderful. The gentleman that took my order and made my salad was polite and professional. He was a little stressed since he doubled as the order taker, clerk and food preparer but, still professional. 😋
