I eat here as often as possible. The best top-shelf frozen Margaritas's ever. The fajitas poblano are wonderful. I regularly order the chicken tortilla soup. The staff is prompt, courteous and remember what you like!

I first ate at Manuel's in 1994 when they were on FM 1960, and now that they have closed that restaurant I go to the Summerwood location. Wow I've been eating their enchilada Verdes for 20yrs and will continue to for another 20yrs. They have the best rice, and the red and green sauce is great.

Went this morning to try out their menudo.. I must say the absolute best I've ever had.. Great service! Very attentive..

Service was good, and it was busy when I went. The portions were hefty and the tacos were delicious. The only think that I will say they could improve on, is the options for paying the bill. After we were done eating we waited quite a bit of time to get our check from the waiter, which is understandable since it was busy. I would hope that they look at options to update their systems so that customers can pay using a QR code at the table or a kiosk at the table. It would be a great and modern option that many restaurants including locally owned one are doing these days. I also waited a bit longer to pay at the front door. Which is why I think it would help them to have some modern options.

We love Manuel’s! The food is AMAZING! The atmosphere is great! The owner makes it a point to come to your table is always making sure we are good and asking if we needed anything. I really enjoy it here. The prices are good and reasonable and the food is delicious

The best Mexican food and michelada in town! I moved to Las Vegas but come back here every year for Christmas. Manuel’s is a must-go-to every time I’m back in town! Always great service also! I can’t wait to come soon! 😋

We have been to this restaurant several times and not once been disappointed. Service has always been on point. Our server Alex was amazing, not once did I feel pushed to hurry or bothered. Great customer service and the food. The food is delicious and always with great flavor. The carnitas just like Mami made. 👍🏼👍🏼 Now 2022 and Manuel’s never disappointed us. The staff is amazing like always. Alex was our waiter and he is always friendly and on point.

Ordered flautas and big. Not your typical small flautas and everything was good. Lived in the area going on 4 years and know that I can go there for good food
