I did enjoy my sandwich, it was delicious. Half the seating did not have power which would be more of a problem if there was not other seating available. The woman who served us was great and the 4 stars are not due to her at all.

Fast service with fancy drinks. Burgers were ok but the drinks were great. Great decor as airport diners go. Had a cosmopolitan it was well-made. The bartender really knew what she was doing.

This 5 star review is definitely due to the customer service provided by Sam. We came from another restaurant in the airport set up very similarly and we never had a single bit of customer service from the other location....as soon as we set down at H burger Sam was quick to greet us and offer service. We left for a few and came back to her offering us another beverage and already knowing what we had ordered previously. She was helpful to all around us even during an extremely busy time.
