Fresh friendly prompt service. I like the new snack box. As always J I T B delivers and the team really promotes the brand and camaraderie is positive. This location has some roof leaks in the dining area. Despite all that, the dining area, restrooms are always clean and stocked.

Update: I have had no luck with the telephone number on their website (voice mailbox always full), but I took a picture of the for hire number. Update: I have had no problems going through the drive thru. Food was still hot when I got home. Although the tacos do not look appealing, they are actually quite good. The Sourdough Swiss Jack has sauces, bacon, swiss cheese and a beef patty but despite having no lettuce, pickles, etc., it is also quite good. I like both the regular and curly fries. The star rating is based on the drive thru. I have had no luck ordering delivery through the app. I've tried 3 times and all 3 times the order was cancelled after about an hour of updates saying everything is fine. Obviously, if I were to rate delivery, it would get zero stars. This review is for the restaurant on 1960 close to West Lake Houston Parkway.

Fresh food, fast service, very kind Cashier (Alicia). Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the floors were sticky today. Otherwise I love this JITB!
