GET THE PAMBAZO!!! It’s so so good and massive. Also the birria quesa tacos make my entire day better and are just as good if not better than most taco places I’ve had all over Baja & the Yucatan. The food is messy (ruined one of my fave work shirts) but so worth it and makes me so happy. I don’t hear nearly enough people talking about La Colonial but it’s an absolute must eat if you’re in Huntsville

Hands down the best barría I’ve ever had. I ordered the barría quesadilla and hubby had the barría tacos and carne asada fries. We ordered take out online it was hot and fresh when we arrived. The barría was loaded with flavor and I could have easily just drank that! The carne asada fries had a little gristle in it but other than that they were loaded down with toppings which I appreciated. We opted to dine in instead of driving it home. (Great decision). The dine in area was very clean and the few people dining in and distanced themselves from others.
