My wife Dennise & I decided to give this place a try (we love grilled cheese sandwiches) & this place didn't disappoint- have quite a variety of upscaled grilled cheese sandwiches- can't wait to try more - all sandwiches are served with their own homemade tomato basil soup dippers. Highly recommend - this is the St. Augustine, FL location not Hyannis

I'm so glad the GCG has stayed open later this season!
I usually go for the basic grilled cheese with bacon and tomato bc it's sooo good, but today I tried the Mondrian, which I believe is Swiss, prosciutto, fig and balsamic reduction-excellent! I also really appreciate the fact that they have gluten free options!
Super friendly service which is so appreciated. I'm looking forward to trying the other options. Highly recommend!!!!

Delicious grilled cheeses and tomato soup. Got the playboy, group also got the queen brie and cowboy. Best grilled cheese ever. Service was great and they were dog friendly. Seasonal store.

First time to the grilled cheese gallery. Lots of different styles of grilled cheese sandwiches to eat. I had the Asian cowboy. It was very good but lacked the kimchi. Good taste all around. One thing that would be nice if the sandwiches came with some Cape Cod potato chips on the side. That would make it a 5 star. Service was fast. Outdoor seating.

Right in the heart of Main Street in Hyannis! The photo is the Kids meal Grilled cheese & it was a perfect portion! The girl at the counter was very kind & helpful, the atmosphere was great & you can smell the delicious food as soon as you walk up! 1000% RECOMMENDED!! ❤️❤️❤️

We came there really late and they were about to close. They stayed open extra to make me and my family food and the waiter serving us was super nice and had some knowledge to spread.
The food was amazing and I am definitely coming back soon.

I have celiac and ate here and really enjoyed it! They can make almost any sandwich gluten free and they prep it in a separate area. They also have a dedicated gf fryer for poutine.

Levens and john were working at the Provincetown location, we walked in at 3:57 (they close at 4) and they let us in with open arms and made us some amazing grilled cheeses!!! 10/10 recommend this place and their workers deserve a raise!!! So so so nice! Edit: 10 mins later he came out and gave us some leftover Mac and cheese!!!! Thank you Levens!!

Genius concept that did not disappoint!!! I forgot the name of my sandwich but it had brie, bacon, on sourdough with balsamic and a raspberry sauce (perfectly sweet and tart!) and the most amazing tomato bisque for dipping! Great outdoor seating area and music. All with exceptional customer service! And gf options! So happy I stumbled across this place! Will be a regularly when on the Cape!
