Don't read all the negative comments here and take them serious. I'm in the navy and have had a ton of great food but this place has made it in my top five favorites. The environment is awesome and the owner is a very down to earth, quality business man! He is a strong supporter of military and treated me with a ton of respect. The service is not the fastest you can get but only because they cut, chop, and prepare everything thing to order! Their philly is flavor packed and meat was very moist unlike most dried out cheesesteaks. They are not a replica of a traditional philly but they are a family recipe for New Jersey. The hot dogs and Italian sausages are unbelievable. They also have a trade mark must have sausage with potatoes and peppers which is amazing. So if you want to relax and get some great food this is your stop. The prices are fair considering the portion sizes and that it's on the beach.

Yesterday had a perfect day at the beach 83 degrees perfect water temperatures and topped off by a sausage peppers and onions sandwich at paradise treats, with waffle fries . Just do it ! Great mix of Sun Surf and Sausage. I luv it
