Pizza Hut Inverness

During our visit our waitress was named Jillian. We were a party of 10. She kindly explained that she was the only waitress working and asked for our patience. When we arrived there were numerous tables filled and the restaurant was busy. This young lady waited on every single table with a cheerful smile. She brought the drinks out as timely as she could, she checked on all the tables to make sure they were happy with their meals, she cleared tables and brought food out. She never once complained about the situation she was in or rolled her eyes or argued with the other staff members. She never seemed annoyed that we were there with such a large party. She handled herself in the most professional way in a very difficult circumstance. One kid's meal at our table took an extremely long time because it had to be recooked. She came to the table and explained the delay. She did not charge for the meal and we did not have to even say anything. She apologized and presented the properly cooked personal pan. I would rather wait for a meal than be presented with what is clearly an unacceptable meal. As I watched her I could tell she was prioritizing the needs of the customers and did not act overly rushed or anxious. She was calm and had the room handled. I did not notice one table complaining at all. There were numerous tables that needed cleaning off which indicated how busy the restaurant was before we had arrived. In the midst of her chaos she made every customer feel important. Jillian completely exemplified excellent customer service in a situation that could have ruined her day and the customers'. I would consider her quite an asset to the Pizza Hut team. Having been in management and knowing how important customer service is Jillian was a breath of fresh air. Please share with her my kudos on a job well done and include this letter in her personnel file.
