I loved this place!! Great fried chicken!! Great seasonings and flavor:) Pickles and coleslaw were excellent as well very unique flavors all around.

The atmosphere of this location at the trade market was very appealing, each location to eat looks to be selectively chosen by offering and the Two Birds is no exception. I only had the Bird in the Hand, chicken sandwich, for the entrée while we also had the Mac & Cheese and Cottage Fries. The bird provided a great helping of crunch and flavor both very well prepared and juicy enough. The spices that were being implemented for this are on par with similar styled creations, not bad for $9. The macaroni was spiral and included corn flakes and bacon, friendly additions. Each ingredient was captured by the cheese and created an interesting layer on top of the macaroni. While the fries were wide and able to grab on to the house sauce that came with. Wouldn't want to miss out on this place when doing a best Chicken Sandwich search. 😋
