I ordered delivery from coldstone for mother's day through their website. The door dash deliverer didn't ring the doorbell so my Mom got melted coldstone cupcakes. I called the store and they were super helpful in fixing it even though as I learned from them it was Doordash that made the mistake. I really appreciated their response and help to rectify it!

This store has the best service of any cold stone I have ever been to! The employee Nidhi was very kind and experienced, and the ice cream she crafted was excellent. I look forward to returning to this location!
