Tonight was Ramen Night and the Bulgogi ramen did not disappoint. The beef was perfectly seared and retained its bulgogi flavor, broth notwithstanding, down to the last tender bite. The Banoffee pie was a dessert category unto itself: an amalgamation of Bananas Foster, crème brulée, banana pudding and homemade Dulce de Leche that is so much more than a sum of its parts. Our server, Jessica, was very friendly and accommodating. This is our first visit to Jackson but by the end of our meal my husband and I were already making plans to come back here with our kids and one of our first stops will definitely be the Saltine!

Service was awesome, atmosphere amazing and the food was wonderful! I had small plate calamari and my husband had a dozen oysters and the pork belly. Loved the different twist on the calamari, not the same old thing, and my husband said it was the best pork belly he has ever had. He had been before a couple times. It was my first experience. Outstanding!

Our waitress was great. We had a small group and she took great care of us with many suggestions. The Cajun Pasta, catfish, shrimp poboy and flounder were all delicious. We tried all of the desserts. Hard to say which was the best. My favorite was the caramel and banana! My goodness!
