Phenomenal food for the price. Hands down the best blackened frog legs I’ve ever had. As a surprise added bonus, the place is an incredible taxidermic zoo…. Plus, we literally ate next to some live Gators off of the beautiful St. John’s River. This place is a must see here in Jax!

Fun for the kids. Lots of little gators to watch on the deck. The shark bites were really good but I didn’t really like the Caesar salad and the fried veggies were just ok. The ultimate steak was good but also pretty fatty. Seasoned fries were really good. The service was fast and good. Overall we had a good time.

Great views! Food was very good, drinks were a bit weak. Service with a smile. It is a bit hard to eat with all the trophy animals on the ceiling. If you are ok with that, i would definitely recommend.

I've grown to appreciate and practically love Clark's over the years, especially when we have visitors from out-of-town. It's a cozy neighborhood bar and restaurant with comfort food and a unique vibe.
It's like dining in a riverside version of the Natural History museum! Kids love it, there's so much to see and explore.
There are staples on the menu like burgers, chicken and salads, but also lots of fresh seafood dishes and unique tasters from llama to kangaroo!!

Great food, awesome staff, and gators swimming up to your table. What more can you ask for at a restaurant. If your in the area this is a must visit. Truly unique place that I’m sure you won’t find anything like it anywhere else.

This restaurant is amazing! Maybe I should call it a museum of wild animals. The atmosphere is cool and unique. It feels like eating in a jungle with wild animals staring at us. The food there is also delicious. Make sure to order the smoked fish dip and fried soft shell crabs. The only thing they can do better may be getting the waiters more experienced. But overall I love this creative restaurant and would like to try the freshcatch next time. Highly recommended.

This place is a taxidermist dream. Probably over 200 specimens. If you can name an animal, it was probably there. We arrived just 30 minutes before closing. Although they had run out of a few items, the staff was quick to come over and see if we would substitute items. We were never rushed even after closing time. The food was amazing. I had gator tail and fried shrimp. The shrimp were very large. Both items were cooked perfectly. The gator was not chewy like most places. All others in my party agreed to the great taste of their meals as well. I have to make sure my next pass through Jacksonville happens between lunch and dinner. Will definitely be returning.

Food is Amazing! We were a big group. And our server Erica did a great job. Everything was delicious. And the place was really cool. All of the animals were so cool. Loved the atmosphere. Great experience.

I love the atmosphere and seeing all of the taxidermy throughout the building. I also love the area the restaurant is in, situated right by the water. The alcoholic beverages are made perfectly (and strong lol) with very unique blends of alcohols. The appetizer we had was great. The fish entrees were fresh and delicious. The quail entree was perfectly cooked. However, the boil pots were not very noteworthy. I would not order the boil pot again.

"Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!" And at Clark's Fish Camp there is a whole lot more. Rumored to be the largest privately held collection in North America of taxidermy, one can see more animals here than at some zoos! Dramatic, stunningly preserved and beautiful, these animals indeed take center stage and bask in both the spotlights and tiny twinkle lights making this feel amazingly magical. I doubt there is any place like it, anywhere! We were fortunate to be served by Joan Peoples' granddaughter who provided some family history. Joan loved to collect, and in the mid-nineteen-seventies, she added one china fish plate and taxidermy after another. Often obtaining her prized additions at auctions, from zoos, and other collectors, there have to be over 1000 animals and birds here. During dinner, we did get a sense of all eyes on you sensation. After all, when they serve a prime rib that is 2.25 pounds, I believe all eyes did watch that platter make its way to the table. The food was plentiful, tasty and cooked as requested. The boys started with two dozen raw oysters that were served upon a bed of shaved ice. The presentation was impressive. A rich, creamy New England Clam Chowder came next along with an order of Alligator Bites. Dinner entree selections included your meat or seafood, hush puppies, cole slaw and two sides. The food was delicious. Upon leaving, we strolled around again to see the live alligator and outside were treated to a frog serenade coming from the creek that runs near. So when heading to Florida, do add this unique dining spot to your itinerary as it is an excellent place to come!
