It's been years since I've been to a Chili's restaurant and I was not disappointed with my visit! All Around Awesome! The service, food, and music/vibe was everything I enjoy in a dining experience. There we were on a Friday night at 7pm just craving a good burger... The service: we had a waiter named Edward who was timely, polite, very helpful and checked in at what I would consider an appropriate rate. As the hubby and I ordered our appetizer and meal he helped us navigate the menu and made recommendations. BTW, definitely try the honey Chipotle chicken crispers-they are not too spicy in my opinion and I'm picky about my level of spice. Food: not a long wait, everything came out cooked perfectly to order and was absolutely delicious. Except the fries-I didn't think there was anything special about those but they were good. My burger was spot on medium rare and juicy! Ambiance: classic rock! What else is there to say😁! It was a lovely experience all around! Thank you Edward and the Jefferson City Chili's location for a great dining experience!

They are short staffed but they made the most of what they had. We were a little annoyed that we had to wait 10 minutes for a seat when the place looked empty. The food was good and the waiter did the best he could.
