Delicious breakfast bar. Friendly staff, clean, food was hot, great coffee. We hadn't eaten at Shoney's in a while due to the pandemic so it was nice to go back and find everything delicious as always.

The sign is decrepit but the food is fresh. The breakfast bar is replenished through 2pm on the weekends and till 11am on week days. That is the only reason to patronize this place and earned it a whole extra star. The majority of the wait staff is unpleasant and looks as if the customer they are speaking to is a smelly annoyance. A notable exception is Raven who was a delight. Otherwise, the premises is clean and comfortable if a little loud and close-packed. There is an iconic Shoney's gift shop in the front and the strawberry pie hasn't changed.

We had the All-star breakfast since we were too late for the breakfast bar. Eggs were perfect, bacon a bit scorched, hashbrown cakes were cooked to order and the coffee and wheat toast excellent. Great selection of Smucker's jams. Only chemical creamer was available for the coffee. Good value and outstanding service. We'll be back to try the desserts!
