...where there's smoke, there is flavor. A LOT of it. When you combine spot-on spices with superb textures and the best damn brisket you could ever hope for, you have carnivorous sorcery. The sweet cornbread layered under the (superb) mac and cheese in the bowl I ordered (topped with that perfect brisket) is light with a delicate sweetness that is the ideal ending to this dish. The presentation is attractive, as is the restaurant space itself. The counter staff is friendly, efficient; the food was ready for us in just minutes. Please, do yourself a favor. Drop everything, run to this gem and eat your fill. Repeat these steps until you have tried everything on the menu...then do it again. Three hours later, I am still happily full.

Four stars, I did like the food very much, however there should be a price reduction for the menu items without a bun versus a bun. currently, they are the same price. I had the salad topped with the brisket and it was very good. However, it would be nice to have some BBQ on the meats and salad instead of dressings. The dressings were still good. I know its unhealthy, but some truffle fries or unusual fries would go great with the meal

Delicious brisket. I chowed down on it. they have a good selection of sauces and good clear descriptions of each. No wait and they had the food ready fast. I wish I ordered the large instead of the small because wow that was delicious. Nice vibe and very helpful and informative workers. They were easy going and kind. I didn't like the beans so they offered something else if I wanted it.
