Interesting look at chocolate making in the ummm making. Had fun just watching the gentleman tempering the chocolate. Lots of choice to choose from including vegan and sugar free chocolate as well as fudge.

You can go to the store and watch them make the fudge but before store hours they offer tours (it does cost) which is a more personalized viewing of them making fudge. We went to make a video for our channel but it is the same for anyone who schedules the visit. It lasts about 30 minutes and they explain the process as well as make special treats for you. We had kids ages 18 months to 13 years and they all enjoyed it.

The chocolate we got was very good, at a fair price. However they wouldn't break a 50 dollar bill when our total was 45 so we almost left with nothing, there wasn't even a sign saying they wouldn't accept big bills.
