The Food I ordered was so good! Made me happy! Everything was fresh! My food cooled off so it wasn’t as hot as I wanted but after I re-heated everything then I was satisfied! They have THE BEST CAJUN FRIES; Hands down! I ordered an GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH that I made into a BURGER by ordering the fillings separately! Wasn’t wildly expensive you’re basically just going to pay for the meat; the others were free from what I can remember! That was the best combination! You’ll have to try the GRILLED CHEESEBURGER! The taste Reminded me of FUDDRUCKERS!

Visited this establishment last evening and had a great experience with regard to customer service. The lady who assisted me was very sweet and asked if she could help and took my order with a smile. It was a Saturday night so everyone was extremely busy and it was around 7 PM which we all know is prime time for dinner.
I sat in the lobby and waited for our order. It seemed like the volume tripled right before my eyes pretty quickly after placing our order, there were people swarming in from outside and from the surrounding mall area. The staff took it all in stride and handled with smiles on their faces. Communicating with each other and working together to get the orders out. Solid team for sure.
My husband and I ordered double cheeseburgers 🍔 with extra cheese 🧀. We added mustard, lettuce, pickle, onion 🌰 and A1 steak sauce. I also added jalapeños. Lastly, we requested a regular order of Cajun fries 🍟. I love that you can select your own toppings to customize your burger the way you want and there's a huge selection of toppings to choose from. They wrap the burgers in aluminum foil as well to keep the heat in and it makes for a warm burger with gooey cheese 🧀 - YUM!!!
The wait was quite long but it was understandable as they were making everything fresh and as I stated before it was busy as all get out in there.
Two reasons for not giving 5 stars and they are:
1. The inside of the restaurant was a mess. Mind you people need to learn to clean up after themselves. However, there were ketchup cups turned over on tables, crumbs everywhere, drink machine had soda splashed all over it, trash full, etc.
2. While our order was tasty, when we got home we discovered they didn't give us Cajun fries but regular fries. So the accuracy of the order was a bit off.
Overall, we had a pretty good experience and our burgers were hot, fresh and created to the specifications of our order. I'd go back in the future but I'd definitely check the bag to make sure I got those Cajun fries next time.
Ordered the bacon cheese burger, I forgot that it has 2 patties! But I hadn't eaten since 9am, so I went for it! Burgers always taste homemade 😋.
Update December 2023: Still great homemade tasting burger, what more can I say...😋 I love that you can add whatever toppings you desire. They have plenty to choose from!
Great customer service and food but it’s
so pricey! By the way they charge,you would think they would have combo meals but love the food. The fries are amazing as well as the meaty burger.
Good food good sized portions my daughter and I split a reg burger with cheese and had fries and we still couldn't finish the fries. A bit pricey but I guess when weighing the portion size it was still worth it .
Great burger. Load it up with toppings. Delicious. Do you like the fries? Me too!!! Ward Parkway 5 Guys is just a quick walk through the mall to the movies. So dinner, shopping and a movie. Win, win, win.
I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The cashier was precise, on point and friendly as a busy atmosphere can offer. The kitchen staff seemed to be well trained in all they do. The food came out fresh and in a timely manner. I got all the fixings on my burger and had to eat it quickly because the wet ingredients started to make the sesame seed bun soggy. The dining room was clean as well as the bathroom. I thought the price was a bit much for 2 sodas, 2 burgers and fries were over $30 with tax. Now if the employees are paid a living wage I am okay with it.....overall I give Five Guys Burger and Fries 4 stars. Will definitely be back.
Good burger! Love all the toppings that are free!! Two beef patties come on regular burgers. Would personally prefer a single which I assume would be the little cheeseburger..?
Loved the hamburger, Fries were also good. Nice they wear gloves but kind of turned off when one guy was rubbing his nose on them.
Staff was efficient and having fun... and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!
