Love that we have such a good Vietnamese restaurant around the Chouteau area! The food is delicious and great portion sizes. Very friendly staff as well. This is what we ordered:

{Bun w/ Grilled Pork} - also very good & pork was well-seasoned

The broth was so good. Pho noodles served up quick amd hot. I like that the kitchen is pretty open so you can see it is clean. The wall wrap is of sights in Saigon. Such an amazing country. I'll be back regularly.

Spacious, clean and great service. I got the steak bun bowl (B4) (which is a vermicelli bowl) and everything was so fresh and delicious. Food also came out quick too. Definitely want to come back and try their Pho. If it’s anything like their Bun bowl I will be coming back frequently! Definitely worth a try.
Best pho I’ve had in KC! I got the shrimp and there was so much of it in my bowl- a lot of times when you order shrimp they only give you a few in your entree but I easily had over 8-9 in my bowl this afternoon. Everything on their menu is under $10 and you get a lot of food especially for the price. The restaurant is pristine and the service is unbeatable. I HIGHLY recommend!!
Had the Vermicelli with pork and spring rolls. The Fish sauce for the Vermicelli had a fantastic flavor. I am used to having cucumber and cilantro with this dish but it was still tasty. Spring rolls and peanut sauce were awesome. i will definitely be going back to try the Pho!!

Pho is kind of new for me. I opted to write this review as I sit across town eating Pho again in a different place.
My experience at Pho Saigon was much greater than the experience today. The spring rolls do not even compare to anyone else! The peanut sauce.. delicious! The Pho, while comparable in taste, was more more enjoyable in the clean, friendly, family like environment that we had at Pho Saigon.
I think I found my new favorite Pho place!
This was my first trip to Pho Saigon and I was really impressed. The Bun with grilled pork was just what I was hoping it would be. The only issue was the prices on the website were not up to date. The Bun was $2.00 more than stated. I am not complaining, it was worth the price. They just need to update their price list.
Pho Saigon it’s the best restaurant I love to go. I try my best to go once a week, I’m always craving pho. Customer service is all the way through the roof, he’s very welcoming and helpful. He knows I’m a regular costumer and makes my experience the best. Keep up the good job!
I've never had pho before and I gave it a try this week. It's so delicious! The broth has a wonderful full flavor (the sriracha sauce goes nicely in it), the noodles are fine and tender, and there's a healthy serving of meat in it. Needless to say, I'm addicted and have been there 3 days this week!
I cannot recommend this place enough. It has very nice staff, delicious food and even good music while you wait for your food. The pho is as delicious as you'd expect, but I have to say the sides steal the show sometimes. Try the spring rolls!
FINALLY OPEN!! This place is super clean with fresh food that is sooooo good. My husband and I have been twice this week! Get their spring rolls with peanut sauce, or their pork or chicken vermicelli with peanut sauce! Their meat is super flavorful and seasoned well, not fatty at all. They also do To-Go and are speedy and package the food well 😊

I’ve eaten here twice so far, dining in once and food to go once. The food has been AMAZING both times! We tried the pho and the bún (my favorite) and we’ve gotten the spring rolls each time. The spring rolls are great and the peanut dipping sauce is very delicious. I would fully recommend Pho Saigon!!!
Ordered the combo fried rice . it was perfect. The shrimp beef chicken was cooked to perfection. The veggies were crisp and not overcooked. The seasoning perfect the server was awesome. It was a great lunch.
Nice and clean atmosphere. I decided to try this location because it is close to my home. I was impressed when I walked in the door at how modern and clean the facility was.
The food was just was I was looking for! Lots of flavor and was ready to go in just a few minutes.
I will definitely be returning for more!
