Customer service was great. They were informative and helpful when I had questions. They no longer do the stamp cards cause they converted to an electronic system, but they will redeem your old stamp cards for a certain amount. There are a lot of choices for toppings, including mochi and jellies. They are an extra $0.50 charge. They even do acai bowls and waffles. I haven't tried them yet. I ordered the taro milk tea to try it. The taste was okay for me so I'll try another flavor next time. They renovated in the last couple of years. Atmosphere is clean and nice. I'll be coming back.

Tasty shave snow with many flavors and add-ons/toppings. Large variety of teas and smoothies is awesome, and the ability to choose sweetness level (along with a taste test to confirm before they finalize order) makes this a five star on my book! The owner, Casey, is very nice and workers all seem enthusiastic about serving their customers. Bright colors and clean environment is a plus.

Tani is a beautiful up and coming entrepreneur trying her best to keep people happy and smiling. Her hard work shows with every pleased and happy customer that comes in. She only uses fresh ingredients and her products are phenomenal. Her teas are "ono" and very refreshing. If you have any questions about her products she has no problem telling you everything about it. Gotta try it! Sorry, but you'll be hooked with her delicious drinks and unique packaging. It will catch everyone's eye.
