First time to this specific location and we were really impressed with the young ladies working the counter here. This location is busy--like REALLY BUSY and the young ladies made it a point to greet everyone coming in; help their customers quickly and efficiently without rushing them; and maintain a pleasant demeanor. We were able to try out all of the samples we wanted and all of our orders were correct. If you are close to this Baskin Robbins come by for a quick tasty treat. Highly recommend coming here.

My family and I were exploring the north shore of Honolulu and came across this Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop, situated inside the Nomnom Convenience store. This particular Baskin-Robbins is noteworthy because the older gentleman who appears to manage the ice cream store takes so much pride in his work and the product he’s serving that it actually elevates the dessert experience. Our communication and verbal exchange was minimal, but I watched him serve others with the same sense of pride and care, which motivated me to take the time to write this review. Overall the ice cream was delicious, as always, but the service was exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A standard Baskin Robbins. Prices are a little high but the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Parking can be a pain due to the location of the store in relation to the road, but if you are patient you can work it. Update as of 8MAY22: No masks or vax cards required. Ice cream is still good, can be very busy at times. We have been and will be going back! Update as of 6AUG22: Still no masks. Sign up for the app befote going for deals. Still a good selection of ice creams! Update as of 11SEPT23: Interior has been nicely redone. Workers still friendly and helpful. Still lots of choices of ice cream too. We will be back.
