The staff was so helpful and patient with me. It was my first time there and they were just the sweetest. Top customer service I've received in a long time. The food was great too. Not to compare but the meatball sub tasted a little familiar but they made up with their 3 meat sub and the Chilli was also quite a treat. My coworker and I really enjoyed our meals. Thank you to the staff who made the experience just that much more amazing. I will definitely come back when I'm in town.

Good clean store and fresh food. The sandwiches were a little smaller than I thought they would be (say compared to subway) but they were good none the less. Cool to see all the firehouse stuff inside and the staff were courteous. The bread was warm and soft like you would expect and the meats fresh along with the toppings. Pricing was just over 22 bucks for two medium sandwiches and a single drink. Thanks for making our lunch!

THIS location with Ashton and Aya and another young woman gave SUPERIOR SERVICE worthy of the Firehouse Subs brand. Excellent food prep. Fast and definitely clean dining room. And while I was waiting - as a testament to everything Firehouse Subs is - in walks 2 WESTLAKE Firemen! (our favorite Houston firemen!!) Thanks for a truly great experience. The subs were off the rail delicious!!!
