Some you "reviewers" need to give these guys a break. Sometimes being a brand new restaurant and adding Fathers day can turn any place into absolute turmoil. Now, my wife and I went on Thursday July 5th for breakfast. OMG it was absolutely amazing! You just felt it when you walked in the door. Very nice and open and comfortable and cozy!! We like that there is a story to this place. We like that it's a lil piece of what America is about. There are American flags, stuffed animal heads, TVs showing sports and cartoons and no CNN or MSNBC... it simply smells like our America that I grew up experiencing. If you like omelettes and you like brisket, I recommend the chopped brisket omelette. Wow!! The flavors!!! And the waffles were outstanding. So happy to have a breakfast place in Katy worth going to. Keep up the great work and patriatism guys!!

Our third visit to HCS Katy since their opening. Absolutely best BBQ and service in the area. Staff and management are friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere! Brisket is tender, tasty and cuts with a fork. Ribs are huge and delicious. Great sides. Don’t forget the ice cold draft beer and home made bread rolls to complete the meal. Looking forward to trying the huge chicken fried steak if I can ever get past ordering the smoked brisket..!😊

Oh Man , I was So Glad I got to this place since they just opened. My Husband & I Absolutely Love the food at this place. The Owner came over and spoke with Us & told Us about they're new concept of ordering in line from the tablet & they prepare it right away. We didn't wait long and by the time we got to Our table the food was delivered. Amazing Brisket & Pulled Pork , All I can say is We will be back for sure, Oh and the atmosphere was Great to with the decorating :-)
