We really like this place. It was nice, quaint, and the food was very tasty. Customer service was great! We starting driving early and was looking for a place to stop; so, we decided that our first stop would be the Waffle House in Katy, Texas.

Honestly, I didn’t know a Waffle House could actually feel warm and inviting. Customer service was amazing. The unit manager was encouraging her employees and people seemed happy! They were super busy but I didn’t feel the stress of that. Will definitely stick with this location from now on!

This place is AWESOME! Went for breakfast on Saturday morning. When we walked in everyone said hello or welcome, employees were happy, singing -their joy was infectious. Service was quick and precise, food was delicious. I think the best review is that I left there happier than I was when I got there!

We’ve been coming to this waffle house for the past year and the food is always hot and the service is quick and efficient. This location is always hopping with customers and it never takes them long to get us seated and serve us hot food. The kitchen is a well oiled machine. The managers here should be really proud!! Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to!!

Stopped here on our road trip home and was pleased with our service and food. The staff were friendly, the food came out very quickly, was delicious and Keonte was an excellent waitress. All around a great experience.

For years I was passing by and always wanted to visit, so glad that I finally did. Upon entry a delicious aroma of freshly cooked waffles greeted us. Deborah was the sweetest person and provided the most attentive service I’ve received in a very long time. Waffles were popping hot, coffee was fresh and tasty, hash browns were golden and crispy. 2 other employees were also very quick and very friendly with other guests. The cafe is clean and the service process is well organized (I didn’t noticed any delay with placing an order, receiving food and checking out). I’m planning to stop by the other time I’m in town.
