I came here for the first time on my birthday this year and it might've just been the highlight of my day. The live music was great. We had a great server. And the food was fantastic! I had the wagyu beef burger and it was out of this world! I would definitely recommend this place and I will absolutely be returning when I'm in the area again.

Enjoyed a long dinner with some friends so we only had a few entrees, a couple of appetizers, and cocktails. They offer St.Pauli girl NA! I was very excited! The service was adequate; not a real deal breaker as the place was quite busy for a Tuesday night at 8:00..... Still, I knock a little for not planning well for what is always a packed house. The Shrimp and Grits was a surprise with polenta and while the shrimp were excellently prepared (I'm a STICKLER for not overcooking seafood-I'm a coastal snob!) the polenta was just OK. the sauce /spices saved the day, and I cleaned my plate. Salmon was the low light, but was well prepared as well, very tender and full of flavor. The fish tacos were really good too, and I'm judging that by how little was shared! As usual, we altered the menu items a bit to taste and were accommodated without any trouble or hesitation, and ended with both "special" desserts since our wait staff called them "legendary" (warm chocolate cake with ice cream and a creme brûlée..... Truly decadent). I had to agree. This was not my first trip to this location of the city franchise, but consistent and delicious..... We'll be back!

This was my first time at Marlows. It was a great experience. The only slight negative was today was only 70 degrees out and the AC was on too high inside. I saw the manager adjust the thermostat and it stopped blowing cold air for most of the time we were there. yay!

I got the shrimp and grits and it was presented beautifully much like the photo on their website.
Our server was Britt and she was friendly, accommodating, knowledgable about the menu, informative and on point with everything!

I had been in New Orleans and had the best shrimp and grits there. These were a close 2nd!

Also had a delicious bread pudding for dessert which was hard to refuse after it was described to us.

If you appreciate high end tasting food, you gotta try Marlows. I don't know if ALL their food is this great, but sure happy with what I got!
