Nothing but first class in this place! We have always been fans of Braeden's, but today is a great opportunity to send some praises their way. We had called in a "to go" order unaware they were accommodating graduation parties and weddings at the same time. Despite being absolutely crazy busy, Reid and his staff were the epitome of top notch. It's a blessing to have such a well run local business that far exceeds their customer's expectations every single time. Hats off the the staff!!! You have the market in BBQ and customer service! That's a fact :)

Great Food. Family Atmosphere. Friendly service. Best in Kingsport, probably best in Tri Cities. If you haven't tried it in a couple of years, go back. It's changed a lot under the new ownership.
