Came here after hearing a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed. First off the service of this establishment is top notch. I came on a Friday morning and I was greeted warmly by the staff. I met the owner of the hibachi Express and he was a genuine and heartfelt person somebody with drive and ambition and takes his projects seriously. We chatted about the business and the food and on this particular day he was trying to improve a menu that others have told me was already exceptional. I then ordered a chicken hibachi and a steak hibachi to go during their awesome lunch hour specials. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised with the look of the food. It also smelled and tasted delicious. Rice was perfectly seasoned and cooked with scrambled egg. Chicken and steak was soft and cooked to perfection. Even the veggies which I'm not a fan of tasted wonderful. I will definitely come back for the food and the great service this establishment. Awesome job.
Went here to have a mini celebration. The people are nice. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Price is perfect and the food is yummy. I think I did a review here but I don't mind doing another since I come here a lot now lol. However, I can tell the raw tuna is very low quality but other than that is a good spot for some grub.
Their sauces are wonderful. Never had a better Yum Yum sauce anywhere. I ordered the tofu steak and it was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. I will definitely be back. Very friendly staff as well.
Was iffy about going here but the gf insisted the photos looked good. I had the steak with shrimp, everything tasted amazing! The place was super clean, cashier was really friendly and the owner's customer service was 100% on point. He asked if we wanted the channel changed on the tv, and even brought 3 of the kids free ice cream, then gave the adults 2 free pieces of an amazing deep fried cheesecake. Definitely recommend it and we'll be going back for sure!
The only thing this place is missing is more business! The owner is extremely kind and helpful to all its customers. And the FOOD is AMAZING! Guys I have been living in the kissimmee area for 15 years and this hibachi is an awesome addition. The hibachi is not like Kobe's where they cook it in front of you, but the flavor is still there! The prices are perfect for the portion! Give it a try!!!
Best Japanese style food for $ value in Central Florida, bar none. Super nice owner/chef and friendly family staff and environment. Order ahead and pick up is terrific for a good meal with real food that begs the question, what go somewhere else if you're just looking for good food? Especially if you have a budget to consider.
These folks are deserving of every support and encouragement. They really take pride in their products... and it shows.
Great food and atmosphere. The customer service is excellent as even the cooks asked us about our meal—which was fantastic. Their shrimp and chicken combo is amazing, we will definitely be back to try more items.
The food is great. The rice is fluffy and soft the chicken and steak were both tender and flavorful. It's like half the price of most hibachis but as good if not better than them. Great value for the money.

I had the Teriyaki Chicken Hibachi the very first time, along with the Yum-Yum roll & Japanese Onion soup. My husband has the Steak Hibachi & my daughter has the Japanese Noodles.
ALL amazing. We even finished it all off with some Cheesecake Tempura 😋 We will definitely continue to come back!
