Amber Indian Restaurant is a hidden gem. It reminded me of home cooked food. Rotis as good as my mother used to make! For an Indian food lover, I can tell you this is a very comforting place. They know how do the “right” spice level - my 4 yr old had the right level at “baby mild” and spice lovers like my wife and I got the right amount of spice at “level 3”. And both were delicious! We were in the area for 2 days after we discovered this place. And then we didn’t explore any other places. Amber was “the place”!
Special kudos for getting the vegan part right, where we see many Indian restaurants not even sure if vegan and gluten free are same.
This restaurant is AMAZING! I love the food here and I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years (since 2021). Every time I come down to Orlando, I have to get my Indian food! This place is treasure. I am happy that I found this place when I first came down to Florida. It has been a pleasure and I will always come down and eat here every chance I get!
The gentleman that helped us was very warm and kind. The food is amazing!! I don't understand why the rating isn't a 5 star. Incredibly delicious!
The service was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was modest, yet appealing. The food was delicious. The butter chicken was different from what I am used to, but in a good way. The chicken Korma was also wonderful. We requested a mild spice level and it was perfect with a little bit of a kick, but not too much. The mango lassi had a very a delightful creamy texture as well.
After our arrival in Florida, we decided on Indian food for the evening. At Amber, we had a fantastic evening. The service was very polite and proactive. We had several different curries selected from the diverse menu. After a reasonable wait, we received our dishes all at once while still being hot. The curries were all beyond delicious! The recommendations were on point and we enjoyed our whole evening at Amber. We will certainly return at our next visit. An absolute recommendation!
