We had the pleasure of choosing this establishment today and oh my gosh was I ASTOUNDED. As a former long-time employee who has since lost faith in the brand I was shocked when we got home, and unwrapped some of the most meticulously packaged food I dare say I have EVER received from a drive-thru.

My husband went and got us food from here the other night. The girl working ran our debit card and told my husband there was a zero $ balance on it (which they can't see) and said that he didn't pay. We ordered 2 double steak burgers. Checked the bag before leaving and it was 2 single steak burgers. They didn’t give back our receipt. We told her that we ordered double not single. She said oh well, I can’t take them back. And did absolutely NOTHING about it.

Food was fresh, but almost lost a shoe to the stickiness on the entire floor. Service was friendly but incredibly slow.

They give you a smaller container for their large fries and tell you it’s actually more than it used to be, which is false. Their large fry container was like a cup similar to five guys.

The shift manager served me chicken tenders and bit into one that wasnt done. Asked for my money back and she argued about the time she dropped them for. So rude and argued with me. Never eating at this steak n shake again. Eww.
