We had the pleasure of choosing this establishment today and oh my gosh was I ASTOUNDED. As a former long-time employee who has since lost faith in the brand I was shocked when we got home, and unwrapped some of the most meticulously packaged food I dare say I have EVER received from a drive-thru.

We ordered 2 double steak burgers. Checked the bag before leaving and it was 2 single steak burgers. They didn’t give back our receipt. We told her that we ordered double not single. She said oh well, I can’t take them back. And did absolutely NOTHING about it.
Food was fresh, but almost lost a shoe to the stickiness on the entire floor. Service was friendly but incredibly slow.
They give you a smaller container for their large fries and tell you it’s actually more than it used to be, which is false. Their large fry container was like a cup similar to five guys.
