We visited Schuby's earlier in the year and I found it to be a welcome lunch spot. The weather was perfect and with Covid, we found ourselves wanting to eat outside anyway. The selection of meats was excellent. Unfortunately, we were only interested in getting sandwiches but if I was in the mood for dry aged meats, Schuby's has it all, or much anyway, on display! Cheese? On display. We had a nice selection of deli sandwiches to choose from and a cooler of beverages. The outside dining area was basic yet comfortable. The location was perfect and the time of year when classes were not in schedule allowed us ample spots to park. The prices were reasonable as well. I look forward to my next visit.

Probably the best pastrami I have ever had! Wish I had gotten the sandwich with the sauce on the side. The rye bread and meat alone would have been amazing all by itself!

Nice modern atmosphere, large bathroom, a patio area, happy hour, friendly employees, and delicious food. I loved the eggplant burger - no sides necessary, this sandwich is large, filling, and seriously scrumptious. The eggplant was sliced thick, with a great flavor and texture, the bun was delicious, and the toppings complimented the eggplant perfectly. Best veggie sandwich I’ve had in awhile! We’ve also enjoyed their ham and cheese sandwich, the BLTT, and the charred scallion potato salad. All are delicious. The potato salad has a unique flavor, so yummy. We stop here every time we’re in town!
