HORRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE
Today I thought since I came at the beginning of dinner time, surely for once the fries would be fresh. I was wrong and as usual the fries were hardly lukewarm. I'm already used to my order being wrong every time but what really irks me is as I pull off and realize the order is wrong, I immediately get back in line and when I get to the window, they ask for a receipt. How can you be that DUMB AND LACK COMMON SENSE. NOT TO MENTION UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE. NO ONE AT THIS PLACE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISTAKES.

Drive-in hot fudge sundae pickup after 10pm in the night. It has been widely known that McDonalds typically does not serve sundaes late night and send away customers saying the “ice cream machine is down”. I didn’t had that issue, would recommend for anyone wanting a late night ice cream.

Never. 3 mcdoubles at 12 pm. EVERYONE had stale buns and were as if they sat in a warmer for 30 min... absolutely gross. Couldn't even eat them all... wanted to puke.

Too slow. No staff greeting customers. I asked several times until one waiter came out of the kitchen to talk to me. Nobody told me when the food was ready for pickup. They just put it behind the counter. Awkward. I guess they don't like talking.

The Evening Manager is extremely rude and condescending at this McDonald's branch. You should either TEACH HIM PROPER COURTESY AND CUSTOMER CARE or just get rid of him!! All your NEGATIVE REVIEWS in Yelp and Google are complaining about your Evening Manager’s blatant disregard for treating your customers kindly and with courtesy because he is DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY!
I came in past 10pm to pick up an order, not knowing that the lobby is closed off (the door was open) past a certain time. Well when I come in instead of a greeting I get a condescending interrogation and yelled at by the Evening Manager as to how long was I standing there because "You shouldn't be in here". I told him the door was open and I didn't know that orders were strictly drive thru only. He was very rude to someone who was giving their establishment a favor for delivering for them and the thanks we get is that we are treated very poorly and it was my first time there such awful customer service skills coming from a person identified as a Manager! I have never been so ashamed and offended at a McDonald's!
I pick up the order and explain to the other Employee that your manager is rude to someone giving their business a favor by delivering for them. I called their manager as being overtly RACIST to someone who is clearly asian minority and I thought this part of the Bay Area was sensitive to Asian Hate and if McDonald's does not address their total disregard to courtesy and even just a slither of customer - centric kindness then I hope that I can get in touch with Corporate affairs and have them properly advise this branch that their Evening manager does not have an ounce of customer service skills and is blatantly rude (although he has one too many ounces of extra packed weight and bad attitude).
I have already sent word to Corporate Mcdonald’s to see what they can do about this branch it is totally disgusting to have such horrible customer service skills by its employees here.

HOPELESS
Our orders are NEVER right. NEVER!!!! Today we ordered a fish sandwich, 2 orders of fries, soda and a burger with mustard and pickle only.
1. FISH SANDWICH MISSING
2. 1 order of FRIES MISSING
3. BURGER COMPLETELY WRONG
We are locals but at some point we just have to GIVE UP. BECAUSE NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION CARES!!!

It's McDonald's. 9/10 times they'll mess something up but at least the nuggets and drinks are cheap now. It's just always a surprise if you ever slightly adjust your order or ask for the extra sauce. 🙃

Very bad customer service, both interactions with management guys. Just threw ketchup on table when I asked politely. If hate your job don’t take it out on customers 100%. 6/11/22 5:40 PM
