I always go to the Subway on Main Street in Lake Geneva next to Starbucks. It's clean and organized, and the employees are polite and personable. But it will definitely prove interesting to see which downtown business leads the charge--29 years overdue--to make their establishments handicapped accessible. Just think of all the added year round revenue this city could generate if residents and tourists with disabilities had equal access to shops, restaurants, hotels, the cruise line, bike paths, sidewalks, churches, parks, theaters, seasonal events.
Great Subway restaurant, usually have great service and food here. Tried the new ciabatta bread today and it was delicious!! The 2 employees working this morning were very friendly and had a very good repertoire together and helped with my questions!!
The subway is by where the Starbucks used to be many years ago. It's been there for a very long time, and the owner is extremely friendly. They will go out of their way to help you decide what you want if you're unsure, and don't get an attitude like some places do.
Fresh ingredients, reasonable prices, good service and a welcome meal after a long hike on the Lake Geneva lake path. It was a great ending to a wonderful day with my family.
