Great service, the waitress knew every item and wine and drink on the menu. Based on what I said I liked she found the perfect wine! The hanger steak was to die for and I usually don’t like restaurant steak but this was so tender full of flavor. The appetizers were great quality as well. Everything on their menu is not something you would typically find in lakeland. The atmosphere was perfect, tranquil, inviting and very enjoyable for a small place. We are so excited to come back and try their brunch.

This is my favorite Lakeland restaurant. I consider myself to be somewhat of a picky eater, but I am comfortable being adventurous at this establishment. The chef does an excellent job of pairing flavors in dishes and I haven't had anything here that I wouldn't try again. The location is small so dining is intimate, and the staff is always friendly and professional. I have eaten here many times and the menu changes, but the best thing I ever tasted was the chicken paired with Carolina Gold Rice and charred okra. The 1961 salad is a staple on the menu and I would recommend it as well.

First timer. I can say I'm very impressed. Although they were limited due to hurricane Irma the hanger steak was amazing. I don't normally order steak at a restaurant because I like cooking my own. But after a few days of not having a good meal I wanted something different. Pantry food gets old quick. Marcos greeted me and I sat at the bar. He found a wine I loved while I waited for my food. Everyone was super nice there. The space is small but the interior is amazingly done. I don't think there's anything I didn't like about it. I took churros to go which I saved for next day. They were super yummy! Hard to find good churros here that aren't hard as a rock. I am very impressed with this place and can't wait to come back with my boyfriend. Probably the best food I've had in lakeland.
