Sixty Seven Bar & Grill

Growing up in Texas gave me a fondness for flavorful burgers. The hard part is finding them here in SD. Eastbound captures those flavors and overall atmosphere. I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Today I order the bacon, Mac burger of the month and it was fantastic. They should definitely add this one to their menu. Great place to grab great food with a killer ambience.

Big bar area inside. Large nice outdoor seating area. Had propane heaters to take chill off. Unfortunately they couldn’t get the one by us going. Good grouping of beers on tap and some specialty drinks they tout on menu. Menu was of bar food variety, but a notch above your typical bar. Walk up service outside and then they bring it to your table. 8 of us and no one had a bad meal. Comes out hot and portions are very adequate. Only quirky thing was the outdoor drink service. If you were outside you had to order from outside order taker. You could not go inside and order a drink to bring back out. Kinda a hassle to be 5th in line behind people ordering food when you only want a beer and the bartender inside isn’t busy. Even if you’re paying cash the bartender said she couldn’t serve me because I was seated outside. I’m sure they have their reasons, but it’s a goofy rule. Would recommend if your looking for bar food, quick service and good draft beer options. The outside is kid friendly with large area to play in, video games and riding horse machine. The night we were there was kinda a kid overload. A lot of running, screaming kids with parents that didn’t pay attention to them. Didn’t really bother us, but I know it would some people.

Service was great and the food was delish! I would only recommend the staff check the bathroom a little more for stocking. Everything else was great and everyone looked like they were having a great time as well! ❤️
