Beyond the fact that the food is excellent (and customizable if you know what you like), the entire experience every time I've been there was casual yet intimate. The staff is friendly and positive and so helpful as to seem intuitive. Always very well taken care of. I can't say enough positive things about this place. It's dope.

Pho Basil is very good in my opinion. I'm very picky when it comes to pho and this is the second place I've allowed on my list. So when my main love is closed or I'm too tired to drive there. Pho basil always becomes my go to. Service is not like a traditional restaurant, if you come in with that expectation you'll get the wrong impression. If I ever need anything just a quick glance someone's way with my hand up usually suffices

Love their Large Pho Bowl with Brisket & Tripe. My favorite. Especially all the toppings that come with it:-) My 9 yr. old son loves the Hotwings. Was there last night for takeout. YUMMO!!;-)

I think ownership may have changed since we were there last, but my wife and I loved the pho we had. The both was wonderfully flavored, the sprouts and basil very fresh, and the noodles superb. Very good. The lady who served us was fantastic as well. Highly recommend.

If you eat tripe, then this is the place to go. My friend loves tripe and whenever he is in town, we always go there. Very fast service and always clean.

This has always been one of my favorite pho places! Prices have gone up a bit unfortunately however doesn't change the fact that this food is always fresh and always delicious! Watermelon boba is so good!!!!
