Took my mother here for her birthday, and was SO not disappointed! The atmosphere could have used a little music, but other than that it was clean and we'll decorated. The menu had an amazing variety, our server Lauren was on point without being overbearing (been serving 20 yrs, and I will request her every time now), and the food was flawless. Thank you Carr's Restaurant, for making my mother's 66th birthday perfect, just by being yourselves!

Lovely steak and cocktails. Standard American fair with a few surprising exceptions. Lamb meatballs and filet were two of my favorites.

I would say it's one of the best hamburgers you can buy in Lancaster. I ate upstairs, atmosphere is very friendly clean and nice bartender. Nice selection of beers easy parking I would definitely go back
