This rating is mainly for the hot bar. I grab lunch or dinner here at least twice a week. The food is excellent and much healthier than one can find elsewhere. It's especially difficult to find decent veggies beyond steamed broccoli unless eating at a high priced restaurant, so I really appreciate your options. I feel better when I avoid dairy and I'm always able to find yummy options here. And the salmon...divinely tender and never fishy. Speaking of main dishes, months ago you served a shredded beef dish that included peanuts. Probably not the healthiest dish ever served, but it was heavenly and I'd love to try it again, please. I've one request for change. A while back you served a Thai soup that had dairy (milk, I think). Seems odd and unnecessary. Thai food would traditionally have coconut milk rather than dairy milk, yes? In any case, I'm thankful for your hot bar so I don't have to cook every meal to get healthy and tasty options. Thanks!
