I've only experienced great service here, love the playplace being versatile for a variety of ages. Only complaint is it was super hot n they should have had AC but it felt like they didn't :/

The Manger Thomas was extremely helpful and attentive when it came with fixing my order! This McDonald’s has friendly staff and one of the cleanest lobbies I’ve seen in the Lansing area!!

I bring my grandkids in on Sunday mornings for breakfast and the playplace. This past weekend, while they played, the music playing was wonderful! Service was great and food was nice and hot. But the music really got to me!! What a great station!!!

This is the first McDonald's I walked into and has flowers on the table, very clean , atmosphere is very nice. I love that has a play ground area for the kids, been taking my son every other day here to play with kids, lol...

This location is always consistent. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. They appear to have good communication and a fluid process in getting orders taken, made and handed out.
