Dunkin Donuts is overall always good, but some locations are hit and miss with things that I like. Dunkachinos are good, but at some places they taste like they need to change the product bag. With the coconut milk refreshers some places put in too much fruit flavor and some places put in too much milk. I ask for CARAMEL DRIZZLE for my dunkachinos or my cold Brews and they will add caramel swirl instead, as If I didn't know what I was asking for. And the ice that they give you even when you ask for easy ice. Overall I like dunkin, the prices are reasonable, but there is no consistency at the locations

These five stars are for the worker with the dreads that was working the window and kitchen area while I was dashing, she needs a promotion! ☺️ the rest of the staff was rude and mean looking

Fast and friendly. I just wish they fix that big ole pot hole in the parking lot. Also learn to wipe the cups off. Always handing me a drink with the coffee running down the sides. So irritating when you go and take a sip of an ice coffee drink and end up with it on your shirt.
