Got a ceasars wrap for lunch. So gooood. Service wwas fast . This was my first visit ever to Jimmy John's. The people weren't the friendliest and they don't greet you . I was the only one in side . The drive thru had a car in it. But the food was good. I tried to pay for my order with a 50 but they said they dont take anything over a 20 so I had to use my debit card. I asked for extra mayo and they looked at me like I had a third eye. He said we don't have mayo but I can give you a little packet đ. Umm, ok. But as I said the wrap was good so I would get it again.

I went to get food in the drive through at 9:35pm and online says the store closes at 10pm. I've worked plenty of fast food and Customer service over the years, but having a store close that early as all employees are inside. Not okay for me. Sucks that is the only JJ close to me, won't get my business like that and from reading others comments about this location I don't think this is a rare occurrence. Just sad.

Rude service! I was waiting at the counter for my online order as the woman making our order told her co-worker there was no way she was going to bother putting our names on our sandwiches and that we somehow should have known there was a turkey shortage. If you canât offer it, take it off the menu.

I was about 5 min down the street & decided to order online for pickup; figuring itâd be quicker to receive my food. I went inside.. no âHello, welcome,â âAre you here for a pick up order?â or âHi, how can I help you?â Also, ended up waiting an extra 5-10 min, just for a female employee w/ pink dyed hair to FINALLY ask if im âwaiting for something.â itâs been set aside the ENTIRE time iâve been waiting. Not to mention she and the other two employees working the line were just staring at me. Maybe, itâs my RBF and I can take fault of that.. Overall, I completely understand places can be understaffed where it can be overwhelming with work flow. But I know whatâs most important and whatâs lacking at this store, is welcoming communication w/ customers. Next time youâre desperate for Jimmy Johnâs, Iâd recommend just driving an extra 25 min to Platte City.

Went by last night with my wife. 1 car in front of us. Placed our drive-thru order, and went up to the window to wait. After 5-10 minutes of absolutely no acknowledgment (window employee appeared to be completely spaced out) we left without our food.
Called the store manager to talk to her about our concerns. She told us I was wrong and that they were slammed yesterday. I don't think 2 cars in the drive through is considered slammed. She was rude and argumentative with me. Zero customer service skills from anyone who works at this location.

I ordered from this restaurant on Sunday evening and the bread was so stale that I could not enjoy the sandwich. Do you guys have quality control to monitor when the bread has gone stale? I was so disappointed. Up to this point, Jimmy John's was a favorite.
