The reason why this burger place is failing is because they are not working in Popeyes or Churches Chicken so they all have no experience when it comes to slapping a burger together. And also they are on the cell phone acting to good to work here, its like they act like they are forced to work here. What you get here for service is attitude, wrong orders, and a slop burger slapped together, This place can not be a good and enjoyable and a clean experience it just would be disrespectful for the hood of Laplace

FINALLY a Burger King that can cook decent fries! I'm not sure if it's because they were the first fries of the day or what, but these were crispy, salted and good. And unlike most BK store's, they were quick and the whoppers were properly messy. Very happy.

Horrible... rushing to take my order. I could tell it wasn't correct. Got to window ... checked my order I KNEW IT... SMH.. I said I asked for the big king ADD tomatoes. The nitwit said 30 cents. I gave my card... the smart manager said ma'am "WE' don't have 30 cents. Ok clown I'm "paying "for my darn food. I asked for no handouts. Omggggg redo the ticket or whatever it's not my fault you didn't listen. To add insult to injury the food was not good at all. Never returning.

We came through the drive thru on march 28 around 10:30 pm spent about $30 and every one of our meals were wrong. 2 burger meals completely different sandwiches than we ordered. We also ordered a chicken fries and didn't receive them but got a random burger in it place. Disappointed.

This location should train allllll others!!! The staff is AMAZING and so friendly. The food was amazing and cooked perfectly, which is rare at a lot of fast food chains these days. The manager on duty was on top of her job for sure. This may be the best run Burger King I’ve ever been to!!!!

terrible service. very slow service, I ordered two orders of hamburger and they only gave me a few, I ordered again and they charged again in the end I waited 20 minutes for a hamburger
