It's been years since I've gone to Dunkin and lete tell you, I went on the right day. 😁. They have this promotion going on just for today June 3, 2022 that if you buy a refreshment you get a donut 🍩 for free. Yep, I got the refreshment and my husband got the donut 🍩😂. It's alright though cause Dunkin only the powered jelly donut 🍩 that I love 🥰. We'll go back again for sure. Excellent customer service 👏👍🥰

Went by yesterday and picked up a dozen before heading to work. To my surprise when they started to eating them , the French crullers were bad!!🤢
I think they were not cooked properly.

They don’t prepare the matcha well most of the time . It taste like straight up just milk and ice. Definitely recommend matcha from another place , I never know if I’ll get a good drink or a bad one here.

Food and service not the best most of the items are not in stock or sometimes they advertise them and there not available . Wait time is decente but service awful and coffe sometimes extremely bitter not worth it.

Love the coffee, hate ordering on mobile app as they typically prepare the order ASAP, by the time you pick up the order they give you a coffee that was prepared about 1.45 hrs ago, cold , and without the additional swirls added to the coffee . Don’t recommend mobile apps at all. Best when you order via drive thru

Is it only me or does it happen to anyone else??? Regardless the time I come by they never have assorted munchkins. I been coming a week in a row to find out they only have them in the mornings at 6am… Really so shouldn’t they properly advertise this. I ask to speak with a store manager and non onsite. Bad bad bad SD is my very favorite but this is a No No 👎🏽

Nice place, personel is friendly. I like my Donuts with a touch of courtesy and this place delivers. If you yearn for the taste of a well made donut, this is the spot to visit. As an experienced reviewer a reccomend for you to give this establishment a visit and remember that they have besides Donuts; coffee, sandwiches and extra things.
