Was at the sports book at Red Rock and being a huge hot dog guy decided to try this brand new Chicago based char dog/burger spot. Wow! LOVED it! By far the very best hot dog on the west coast. The bun was amazing. I also had their hand cut French fries. They were delicious, couldn't stop eating them. Be sure to get them with their special Wisconson cheese! As an added bonus they also have a unique Krispy Kreme Doughnut bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, yes, it is as awesome as it reads! Washed it all down with a vanella milkshake.... The staff couldn't of been friendlier, answered all of my questions and didn't rush me along due to line behind me. I strongly recommend you stopping by and trying.
